This project for Greenhill Winery and Vineyards in Middleburg, Virginia consists of a new winery production facility and tasting room located adjacent to the current winery. The production area features three large bays, with the center barrel room flanked by the red wine fermentation bay and the bottling and case storage bay. The barrel room features wood paneling, clerestory windows and laminated wood rafters, and is also used for special event tastings. The new tasting room has a hunt country décor, with comfortable lounge seating, a large tasting bar, covered porch and roof deck with views to the surrounding hills. The new building triples the production capacity of the winery.
